The Ridgid 25423 SSP-1000 Sump Pump has capacitive water sensor monitors and automatically turns the pump on or off. The top suction intake filters debris for increased reliability. This pump has a 1-1/2-Inch discharge, easy to install and is compliant with building codes. It also has a small footprint which allows it to fit in 9-Inch basins or wider. This sump pump will outlast the competition with its cast iron pump housing impellers abrasion resistance and unitized carbon/ceramic shaft seal. The stainless steel motor housing and impeller plates provide great corrosion resistance.
